In a rapidly changing demographics (intensified competition, higher expectations from customers, shifted demographics), one-size fits all solutions will no longer be sufficient.

A survey published in July 2021 by the Securities and Futures Commission found that the asset and wealth management business in Hong Kong recorded a 21% year-on-year increase in assets under management (AUM) to HKD34,931 billion (USD4,505 billion) as at the end of 2020.
